1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must still be within 90 days from the date you receive it. The bookshelf must remain in its original condition, which means it must be unassembled, unused, and free from damage not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects. Products must also be returned in the original packaging with all protective materials, including the wooden box and foam inserts, so that the shelf can be transported safely.
Proof of purchase such as your invoice or order confirmation email is required for all returns.
2. Returns Due to Flixpew’s Responsibility
We take responsibility if the product you receive is:

Damaged during shipping (broken, cracked, or scratched).

Defective due to craftsmanship.

Incorrectly delivered (wrong size, model, or finish).
In these cases, the return is completely free. Flixpew will provide a prepaid shipping label for U.S. customers and cover the full return cost for Ghana customers. Once the product is received back and inspected, you may choose between a brand new replacement (if in stock) or a full refund, including the original shipping fee.
3. Returns Due to Customer Request
If you decide you no longer need the bookshelf or simply change your mind, you may still return it within the 90-day window. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, which must be paid directly to the carrier. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Flixpew cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit caused by improper packaging.
Refunds for such returns will cover only the value of the product, excluding the original shipping fee.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain products cannot be returned unless defective:

5. Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1 – Submit a Request: Contact us via email at [email protected] within 90 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. If the product is damaged or defective, attach clear photos or videos showing the issue and the packaging condition.
Step 2 – Receive Instructions: Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide detailed return instructions. For cases where Flixpew is at fault, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
Step 3 – Pack and Return the Product: Carefully re-pack the bookshelf in its original packaging, wooden box, and foam protection. Improper or incomplete packaging may void eligibility for a refund if the product is further damaged during the return transit. Ship the item to:

6. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned bookshelf, we will confirm acceptance by email. If approved, your refund will be initiated within 5 business days. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, PayPal). Store credit will not be provided unless specifically requested.
7. Important Notes for Customers
Always keep the original packaging, wooden box, and foam inserts until you are certain you will keep the product. They are required for safe return shipping.
Products returned without proper packaging or protective materials may be denied a refund if additional damage occurs during the return.
For large or heavy shelves, please ensure someone is available to assist with repacking and handing over the package to the carrier.
Refunds will not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
